Staff was exceptional. Couldn't have been more helpful. Location: a fairly short walk to the Main Square where it was the place to be! Markets on the way and lots of shops to explore on the way. Situated in a quite street, in an old charming building. VERY nice staff, clean and cozy rooms. Situated about 10 min walk from the main square, also close to the shopping centers . 10 min walk to the jewish part of Krakow which is very interesting. I really recommend this hotel.
