What are the check-in and check-out times at Aparthotel Leone?
Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Is it possible to check-in earlier or check-out later than standard hours?
Receptionist will verify the check-out status and if the room is already available, it will be possible to enter it right away. If not, we encourage to leave your luggage in our free of charge hotel storage and meanwhile discover the city. Reception is available round-the-clock so the night arrivals are completely acceptable.
There is no need to inform us about it, we will be waiting for you. Checking-out after 10 a.m. is possible but extra charges may apply for every hour. Details at the Reception.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Of course, pets are welcome and stay at our aparthotel free of charge.

Is there a parking or parking place nearby?
There is a guarded parking next to the aparthotel, it is not our property so the settlement is directly at the vendor. I costs 40 PLN per day.
The car can be also parked in the nearby streets, ticket can be bought in the parking meter. Paid parking zone is between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is free of charge.
Parking fees are 6 zł per hour.
(Attention: parking metres do not give change.) -
Do you allow smoking at the property?
We are sorry but smoking is strictly forbidden both in the rooms and other hotel areas.

Is it possible to buy any of the paintings exposed at Aparthotel Leone?
Yes, each painting is for sale. Pricing is available at the Reception.

If it was not automatically refilled, please ask housekeeping directly or any of Reception staff.

Yes, extra bed costs 60 PLN/without breakfast.

All the conditions can be found on the confirmation of reservation. Special deals are often non-refundable, so please be careful while booking.

Please contact the Reception, in case of available dates it is be possible. Depending on the period some rate modifications may apply.

It is likely that there are not enough money available on the card or this service is blocked by your bank. Please contact the Reception for extra questions.
